my sweet baby discovered a worm. as we were working in the yard and she was playing in her pool, that we have yet to fill with water, i found a worm. i offered it to her and she played with it.
she observed it for a minute.
smelled it.
held it tight. i had to help her learn that if she squeezes too hard, she will squish the worm.
tried to taste it.
watched it wriggle.
then got really excited and pulled it into two pieces.
i loved watching the wonder and discovery on her face. she is spectacular and i can't believe how far she has come in these short months. and the fact that i get to experience this time with her is such a blessing.
thank you God for my sweet baby and her curious little mind. :)
